3. Prohibited User Conduct

When using the SoftBiz comparison dashboard, you agree NOT to:

• Input fake or fraudulent zip codes or utility configurations.
• Use automated web crawlers, data scrapers, or spider tools to compile rate metrics from our grid configurations.
• Attempt to bypass our security system or flood servers using DDoS attacks.
• Use our platform to engage in marketing or spamming activities.

4. Earning & Compensation Disclosures

Earning Disclosure: If you use our Services, click a link, call a phone number, purchase a product through a link, or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation. Without this compensation, SoftBiz would not be able to provide you with our Services for FREE.

Any brand lists, star ratings, or ordering recommendations are partially influenced by commercial partnerships. However, we strive to keep comparison fields clean and objective.

5. Intellectual Property

The graphics, logo designs, page codes, layout structures, and trademark assets used on this site are the exclusive property of The SoftBiz Inc or licensed to us by respective provider partners.

7. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

You and The SoftBiz Inc agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any transactions shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit. There is no judge or jury.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATIONS. Disputes will be handled individually under AAA guidelines in Atlanta, Georgia.
